Seven Lakes Kennels is hands-down the best place for dog training! From the moment I walked in, I knew my dog was in great hands. Their trainers have over 30 years of experience, and it truly shows. They take the time to understand each dog’s unique personality and tailor the training accordingly.

The indoor, climate-controlled facility is top-notch—clean, spacious, and full of natural light, making it a comfortable and stress-free environment for dogs. They even use lavender diffusion and classical music at night to help keep the dogs calm. That level of care and attention to detail is unmatched!

After just a few sessions, my dog’s behavior improved dramatically—better leash manners, quicker responses to commands, and an overall calmer demeanor. I also appreciated how the trainers worked with me, providing tips and techniques to continue reinforcing the training at home.

We had an Emergency and had to leave our lab for an extra long weekend unexpectedly. The staff welcomed our boy, took lots of care of him and checked on us to make sure all was well. That’s more like family 💕🙌🏻✅

We have had the best experience with Seven Lakes Kennels. They were so great to deal with setting up time for our pups to stay during our move from Florida and through closing on our new house and delivery of our possessions. They took great care of them and they were very relaxed when we took them home. Will be back to use their services. Highly recommend.

I brought my 5 month old Aussie Doodle in for his first haircut. I knew the groomer would have her hands full, I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to get the job done and Zeke looked great!

This was our first time boarding our pup and he did great! We can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of our Paddy. Friendly and courteous folks who we’ll use again in the future for sure. We’re also planning to make an appointment to talk training too.

Do we recommend Seven Lakes Kennels? Absolutely and emphatically.
Rowdy and his siblings were rescued from the mud on a rainy day. He was so cute, very quiet and solitary. So he just had to be mine. What we thought would be a, maybe 25lb Beagle, became a 65lb American Fox Hound and Great Pyrenees. But living in a small house, he might as well have been a Clydesdale. And unfortunately, he began to live up to his name!
Rowdy is very smart, learning to sit, shake and lay down in just 5 minutes. But he was definitely stubborn and strong-willed. And although he knew what “No” meant, generally regarded it only as a suggestion, doing whatever he wanted.
Following his nose one day, as his breed is known to do, he darted full speed out the door, pulling me so hard I went airborne over four steps breaking my ankle upon landing. We definitely needed help with Rowdy.
Research and due diligence lead us to make an appointment with Neil Copeland at Seven Lakes Kennels. It was the right choice.
No exaggeration, Neil had Rowdy under his control in seconds. Neil has a love for animals and is dedicated to providing them the tools necessary for their best life. And because Neil recognizes the owners’ involvement in training as crucial to a successful and happy owner/ pet relationship, Neil spends time training the owners as well. Having a military background, Neil balances obedience with love, much as we would raise our own children.
Neil is a wonderful Christian man and we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to build a relationship with him.

Plum had such a great weekend at Seven Lakes Kennels. What a wonderful facility! They took such great care of our girl while we were busy with our daughter’s wedding. And she smelled so good when we picked her up. Thank you for caring for our sweet girl 💕💕

Miffy has come here for a while now and she is well taken care of! its hard to find people who will even take bunnies, so finding them was a blessing. they know i believe that rabbits do not belong in cages, so they put her in a spacious pen where the cats are. they follow her diet regimen and never fail to let me down. I would recommend this place to anyone else who has bunnies!

I had the opportunity to meet the owner of Seven Lakes Kennels and you can tell he loves animals and I could tell my dogs would be taken care of.

The price is very reasonable, the location is great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even had space for my dogs at short notice. I was able to bring my dogs’ beds, toys, and treats, so I think they felt at home at Seven Lakes Kennels.
